See my disucssion of "No distrub zone" just a few notes prior to this. North Reading is interested in increasing our set back or no distrub zone, and several people replied to my inquire. Since the Wetlands Protection Act does not define one, I think, the general consense is that they are good things to have and should be required by local bylaws. I like the idea of one based on slope and soils that Mike Abel mentions.
