Someone constructed a fence in the center of a 25 foot wide private right of way to the shoreline which interferes with other lot owners right of access as stipulated in their deeds. This dirt unimproved road abuts their property
What is procedure to get fence removed? Fence was constructed without a building permit. Town ConsCom has now granted permission to the infringer to build a retaining seawall on shoreline and plant vegetation in the right of way. Residents objections at hearing were ignored.
