I need to know what juristriction (as a Ccommissioner in the town of Boylston)I have in enforcing the Federal Wetland Protection Act. There is developer proposing 50 houses in an area that has at least 2 areas of fed. wetlands. Is there a buffer zone for these areas. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Teresa A Prunier
