I'm a grad student in Environmental Policy at Tufts, working on a paper about the effectiveness of the 100' buffer zone in protecting wetlands.
I'm looking for information on:
1. Any court cases challenging the buffer
2. Any instances where construction/land use occurring outside the buffer has caused a violation and then been brought under con com jurisdiction
I'd appreciate any suggestions on locating this information, or the information itself.
