In Groton we had an instance on Lover's Lane where a house and driveway were built into the side of a drumlin. A few storms later and the sediment crossed the paved road and 10' of grassed shoulder to a BVW.
The most damaging was a catchbasin 30' down the road that discharged into the BVW. This led to an enforcement order and ultimately resolution.
