I have heard that a town in the cape cod area has run into the same problem I am currently dealing. I am hoping some can point me in the right direction of which town to contact.

The information I have is: a town in cape cod has an old county road turned over to them when the state discontiued conty gov.; this town subsequebtly wants to reopen the road; this road has become a wetland from lack of maintainance.

I have a similar problem and if I could contact the town to find out the outcome of their problem; it might aid me in how to rectify a similar one in western mass.
