Commission is currently reviewing NOI for project expansion of radio towers. There are six certified vernal pools property. There is a concern with the increase electromagnetic radiation created with five new towers on the vernal amphibian species has been raised.
Is there known range of levels of electromagnetic radiation that may affect the movement of migrating amphibians?
